Unigold 2000 Ltd was founded in July 1996. As a totally independent consultancy practice, we provide our clients with cost effective information technology solutions that match their real business needs, enhance their competitiveness and provide them with an excellent return on their investment.
Unigold has increased its client base by 100% in the last year. We have found that as the market has changed, we have had to move with this change and offer more and more services to local businesses. We as a company have formed a number of business partnerships to enable us to deliver the type of service or software you require.
Unigold have been based in Jacobs Well, Guildford since its inception. We are an IT consultancy and software developer. Unigold has IT support customers worldwide and develops software for a large amount of fortune 500 companies. Recently Unigold was shortlisted for the Guildford Innovation 2019 awards for the software we are currently building for Airports worldwide.
In September 2019 we decided as a business to become a corporate ambassador with Guildford Philanthropy. We made this decision as we have had a business in Guildford since 1996 and have come across so many different issues within the town and was looking for a way to reach out and try to make a difference. Guildford Philanthropy seemed like the ideal fit for this and to give us a way to reach those people and organisations that need help in one way or another.
We are looking at offering our staff volunteering days where staff are allowed days off to assist in any of the initiatives that Guildford Philanthropy are involved in. We as a business have already helped by donating laptops, printers and tablets to the young carers at Kings College. George Abbott also have received 6 computers and monitors for the young carers.
Community fund Surrey also received monitors and tablets to enable them to be more effective while dealing with the large amount of charities that are under their control.
Currently we are involved in a FREE Christmas lunch on Christmas day at St Josephs Church Hall, 12 Eastgate Gardens, Guildford, GU1 4AZ. www.freechristmaslunch.com . On the website you will be able to find out everything from what the menu on the day is to why we do it. This year currently we have 165 guests and we hope to reach 200.
