Guildford Philanthropy’s 10th anniversary impact

Guildford Philanthropy has had an impactful and successful 10^th anniversary year including the following highlights (to December 2024):-

• During the year over £100k was awarded in grants to 16 local charities
• 8 further local businesses became Corporate Ambassadors bringing the total to 41
• Cumulative funds raised passed £1.5m
• The combined endowment fund exceeded £1m creating income for future grant giving
• Total grants awarded passed £500k
• The Mistletoe Ball held in conjunction with the Mayor of Guildford raised over £75k for local charities

We held four events:-

• Stevens & Bolton kindly hosted all our Corporate Ambassadors for an evening reception at their offices in March
• Over 100 people representing donors and all the charities which had received grants over our first 10 years joined us for a reception held in Guildford Castle in June
• A reception was held for our Corporate Ambassadors in the Guildhall in September
• The Mistletoe Ball had over 300 guests at G-Live in December
