The company is pursuing two complementary strategies related to the creation of professionally managed, institutionally owned private rental accommodation (“PRS”):
Millennial Cities, which is focused on the living preferences of the Millennial generation (20-35 year old age group) and the growing demand for accessible and affordable urban residential units within large scale, mixed-use projects. Its first project will deliver 1,000 PRS units and 600,000 sq ft of offices at Station Hill, Reading in a £750 million development. Millennial Cities is a joint-venture with Lincoln Property Company; Tech Towns, which is focused on providing semi urban or suburban lower density PRS units aimed primarily at the 35-50 year old age group within locations in Southern England, where technology businesses represent an above average proportion of the town’s economy and in its related travel-to-work- areas.
